Refund policy

At Skinfinity Haus, we are committed to providing authentic Korean skincare and cosmetics. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy in place.

RETURNS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept return or exchange on opened, used or damaged products unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, including the original order's shipment cost.

If the returned items are opened and/or used, a refund will not be issued and the item(s) will not be mailed back to the customer. If a re-delivery is requested, an additional shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

REFUND

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
