At Skinfinity Haus, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Canada-wide Shipping
- Flat Rate Shipping:
- AB: $15 CAD
- Other Provinces: $18 CAD
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $95 CAD (before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated)
Local Delivery
- Local Delivery Fee: $3 CAD
- Free Local Delivery: Orders over $95 CAD
- Delivery Time: Every Wednesday & Saturday
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time 3-5 business days within AB and 5-7 business days to other provinces.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available) so you can monitor your package's progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Skinfinity Haus is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier's claims process.
