Processing Time

Orders can take between 1-2 business days from the date an order is placed to process and fulfil before being shipped out. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will processed on the next business day.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available) so you can monitor your package's progress.

    Incorrect Shipping Information

    Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Skinfinity Haus is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier's claims process.
